Key Responsibilities
Support expansion within enterprise accounts by onboarding new clients and ensuring a seamless experience
Act as a trusted contact for clients, helping them navigate questions and maximize product usage
Use data to identify trends and support account growth strategies
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in client-facing roles such as account management or customer success
Experience in fintech, financial services, wealth management, and / or insurance preferred
Ability to understand technical aspects of the product and its integration into client workflows
Strong track record of using data and strategic thinking to drive results
Proven ability to build trust with internal and external stakeholders
