PRIMARY FUNCTION : The primary function of a Yard Instructor is to assist in instruction, evaluation, and preparations of new trainees for the over-the-road truck driver positions. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES : Conduct instruction and hands-on training related to all aspects of commercial over-the-road truck driving that trainees are required to master before being released into their own tractor-trailer unit Constructively evaluate trainees and give feedback Maintain and uphold the TMC Transportation values
