QPS - Quality Process Services Production Technician Location :

  • South Cowden Work Schedule :
  • 5 / 2 schedule (Monday through Friday)
  • 8-hour shifts during the day Job Summary : Skilled and motivated Production Technician to join our team at the South Cowden facility.
  • In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the efficient operation, maintenance, and repair of production equipment.
  • You will troubleshoot issues, diagnose equipment failures, and perform necessary repairs to support the achievement of quality and production goals.
  • This position requires a technically proficient individual capable of working both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on production equipment to ensure optimal functionality.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment malfunctions, identifying root causes and implementing timely solutions.
  • Collaborate with production staff to meet established quality and quantity targets.
  • Monitor equipment performance, conducting inspections and adjustments as needed.
  • Maintain detailed records of maintenance and repair activities, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.

    • Qualifications :

  • Previous experience in equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, or a similar technical role (preferred).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Willingness to work the designated schedule and adapt to operational needs.
  • Familiarity with oil and gas production equipment is a plus.
