Public Relations Manager – Big E Nonprofit

Location : Columbia, PA (Hybrid : Online & In-Person)

Position Type : Part-Time / Full-Time

Responsibilities

Develop and implement public relations strategies to increase awareness and engagement.

Manage online communications, including social media accounts, newsletters, and press releases.

Cultivate relationships with local media, community leaders, and partner organizations.

Plan, promote, and support in-person and virtual events.

Monitor and analyze communications efforts to improve outreach and engagement.

Ensure all messaging aligns with Big E Nonprofit’s mission and values.

Qualifications

Strong communication and writing skills.

Experience with social media management, marketing, or public relations.

Ability to work flexibly both online and on-site in Columbia, PA.

Creative thinker with organizational and problem-solving skills.

Passion for nonprofit work and community engagement.
