HSE Administrative Assistant

Purpose of the Role
You will be responsible for providing vital administrative and coordination support to our HSE and project teams. Your work ensures that day-to-day operations run efficiently, schedules are maintained, documentation is accurate, and our teams can focus on delivering high-quality, safe, and sustainable outcomes. You will also support compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulationshelping maintain our strong culture of safety and responsibility.
Core Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and coordination support to individuals, teams, and departments, ensuring smooth daily operations.
- Prepare and distribute reports, charts, budgets, and presentations that support business decisions and project tracking.
- Coordinate meetings, travel, and team activities to optimize time and resources.
- Respond to internal and external inquiries with professionalism and timely communication.
- Maintain organized document management systems to ensure data accuracy, confidentiality, and accessibility.
- Support HSE functions by assisting with policy documentation, compliance tracking, and regulatory updates.
- Assist with analyzing data to identify trends and areas for process improvement.
- Use advanced Microsoft Office skills to create, edit, and manage professional documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.
- Guide and assist junior team members as needed, fostering collaboration and continuous learning.
- Recommend process improvements to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and all relevant health, safety, and environmental standards.
What You'll Bring to the Role
