We are seeking a dedicated _

• _Licensed Attorney ( 0-5 years of experience) to join our legal team. This is an opportunity for hands-on learning and development as an attorney with proactive direction and assistance in a collegial team environment. The right person for this role will have strong writing skills, excellent communication skills, and attention to detail, and pragmatic problem-solving approaches. Responsibilities involve research, analysis, and drafting (letters, reports, pleadings, etc.) and will include communicating with clients, counsel, and experts. We offer a collaborative environment but you must be self-motivated and able to exercise independent judgment. While the job is on-site, we offer the flexibility to work remotely as needed. Basic proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook required. Civil litigation experience is preferred. Applicants must have a Nevada Bar License or have recently passed the bar and are pending licensing.

Responsibilities

Conduct legal research and analysis in various practice areas

Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, and contracts

Represent clients in court proceedings and negotiations

Provide legal advice and counsel to clients

Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex cases

Utilize tools such as Westlaw and Lexis-Nexis for legal research

Qualifications

Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school

Admitted to the Nevada state bar and in good standing

Strong writing and analytical skills

Experience in civil litigation is preferred

Ability to research legal issues thoroughly and efficiently

Excellent negotiation skills and attention to detail
