What you'll do
Coordinates communicates and schedules all special project and corporate work initiatives to be completed within required time frames coordinates both internal and external resources. Ensures understanding of maintenance policies and procedures by analyzing and interpreting reports and providing direction and guidance on executing maintenance plans. Maintains equipment in a safe and efficient working condition by collaborating with maintenance and leadership team on the development of maintenance plans maintaining job plan library and executing preventive maintenance programs to minimize unplanned downtime tracks and coordinates utilization of spare parts and special order parts inventory.
Develops maintenance plans to follow by assigning work to technicians working with parts room the crib team to build bills of material building upcoming job plans that include parts tools work instructions and skill levels following up to ensure that the maintenance plan is clear and concise. Tracks and communicates related performance indicators regarding Computerized Maintenance Management System CMMS by determining areas of performance issues collaborating with maintenance operations and reliability teams and providing summaries to Walmart Technology team to address issues.

Compensation
The hourly wage range for this position is $34.55-$38.05
Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances.
Minimum Qualifications
5 years' experience in manufacturing or distribution maintenance. 2 years' experience with CMMS systems.
