TIG Welder : South Beloit, Illinois
An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced TIG Welder to join a growing team. This role requires expertise in GTAW welding of stainless steel and nickel alloys, with a strong background in process piping and / or sheet metal fabrication. The ideal candidate will be able to pass an ASME Section IX 6G weld test and must be proficient in reading shop blueprints. Experience with Process and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&ID) is a strong plus.
Responsibilities of the TIG Welder
- Perform TIG welding on stainless steel and nickel alloy components.
- Fabricate process piping and / or sheet metal systems.
- Interpret and work from shop blueprints and technical drawings.
- Meet quality standards aligned with ASME Section IX specifications.
- Collaborate with engineering and fabrication teams to meet project goals.
