Day : 7 : 00 AM – 3 : 00 PM

Evening : 3 : 00 PM – 11 : 00 PM

Shift Rotation : Every other weekend rotation between Day and Evening shifts

Requirements

Experience Required : Minimum 1 year

Certifications Required : MN State Pharmacy License (same for inpatient and outpatient)

License Submission :

Must provide proof of license at time of submission

Valid state license required, pending accepted with proof

First-Timers Accepted : Yes

Weekend Requirement : Every other weekend
