Job Summary
- Answers phone calls in Spanish and English language
- Assists Paralegals, Attorneys and Firm Administrator
- Prepares legal papers and correspondence, such as Trail Date Notices and payment reminders to clients.
General Accountabilities
Processes legal documents and papers, such as summonses, trial date letters and general correspondence.Mails or faxes legal correspondence to clients, witnesses, and court officials.Receives and places phone calls in Spanish and English.Organizes and maintains law libraries, documents, and case files.Schedules and makes appointments.Makes photocopies of correspondence, documents, and other printed matter.Assists attorneys in collecting information.Drafts and types office memos.Assists Paralegals and Firm Administrator with daily tasks.The company reserves the right to add or change duties at any time.Job Qualifications
