Position Summary

United Benefits Advisors® (UBA), a collaborative community of independent employee benefits advisors, is seeking a strategic, people-focused Chief of Staff to serve as the organization's EOS Integrator and Director of Internal Operations. This individual will play a central role in aligning vision with execution, leading cross-functional operations, and fostering a high-trust, high-performance culture.

The Chief of Staff is a member of the senior leadership team and directly manages multiple operational functions including Marketing & Communications, Education, Events & Logistics, Data & Technology, and Administrative Operations (HR and vendor oversight). This individual will be instrumental in ensuring seamless communication, team alignment, and execution of UBA's strategic objectives-especially those set by the Board and President.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Execution & Leadership

• Serve as the EOS Integrator, translating high-level vision into operational plans and ensuring consistent traction across teams.
• Lead the strategic execution of major cross-functional initiatives in alignment with Board priorities and President direction.
• Manage and develop 5–8 direct reports across marketing, education, events, data, and admin functions.
• Ensure timely, successful delivery of UBA's three cornerstone annual conferences and other key organizational initiatives.
