The Role
We’re looking for a Senior Designer to help elevate the company’s visual storytelling and brand expression across every touchpoint. You’ll bring craft, systems thinking, and taste to everything you touch — from campaigns and packaging to performance creative and product launches.
This is both a hands-on and strategic role : you’ll concept at a high level, execute with precision, and help raise the creative bar for the team around you. Ideal for someone who thrives on building systems, refining brand identity, and shaping the creative direction of a category-defining company.
Key Responsibilities
Brand & Campaign Design
- Develop and maintain the company’s evolving brand identity, ensuring visual cohesion across all channels.
- Concept, design, and execute high-impact creative for campaigns, product launches, sales moments, and brand storytelling.
- Translate strategic objectives into compelling visual narratives that balance performance and brand expression.
Performance & Digital Creative
Design and adapt high-performing assets for paid channels (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Display), email, and web.Partner with growth and retention teams to ensure creative drives engagement and conversion while maintaining brand integrity.Packaging & Product Experience
Evolve packaging systems to ensure consistency, scalability, and premium presentation across product lines.Collaborate with Product and Operations teams to bring new products to life through thoughtful, detail-driven design.Design Systems & Templates
Build scalable frameworks and templates to streamline creative output without sacrificing quality.Champion best practices in design hygiene, documentation, and workflow efficiency.Creative Leadership
Mentor junior designers and contribute to a culture of craftsmanship and continuous improvement.Provide and solicit feedback to uphold excellence in layout, typography, and storytelling.Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, E-commerce, and Product teams to align creative with business objectives.Requirements
5+ years of experience in design roles across DTC, e-commerce, or creative agencies.A portfolio showcasing elevated brand systems, campaign design, and performance creative.Mastery of Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (motion or 3D experience a plus).Deep understanding of typography, layout, color, and composition.Experience managing design projects end-to-end — from concept to launch.Familiarity with packaging design and print production workflows.Excellent communication and presentation skills.What You’ll Bring
