The Role
The Beverage Supervisor is responsible for directing all activities of the beverage department.

Responsibilities
- Direct all activities of the beverage department
- Conduct monthly inventory to ensure that all alcoholic beverages are accounted for
- Coordinate the movement of beverages and equipment per restaurant and catering operations
- Responsible for providing the overall operational and financial responsibility of beverage outlet
- Maintain the highest standards of beverage quality, service, and marketing to maximize profits through excellent customer service
- Coordinate with the Purchasing Manager regarding beverage orders
- Responsible for drink menu development
- Monitor beverage inventory and pricing daily regarding changes to restaurant bar menus
- Develop and institute beverage training for F&B team
- Conduct training on state and local beverage laws and regulations, including proper customer service of all alcohol products
- Provide a safe and reliable environment for customers and employees
- Drive to provide exceptional customer service
Qualifications
Ability to work long hours and flexible shifts including mornings, nights, weekends, and holidaysCollege Degree preferredFood & Beverage and / or Restaurant experience preferredMaintain personal hygiene and a well-groomed appearanceAbility to work independently or in a team to set up and execute eventsWillingness and drive to exceed guest expectationsEffective listening skills and ability to take direction from managementExcellent knowledge of food and beverage preparations, service standards, guest relations, and etiquettePunctuality and dependabilityAbility to make quick and accurate decisionsStrong organizational skillsAbility to delegate duties when necessaryCalmness in stressful situations, maintaining professionalismAbility to perform under pressure for extended periodsProficiency in English (reading, speaking, writing) for staff and guest interactionsFollow and encourage your team to follow safety policies and procedures, report unsafe conditions, and complete safety training.
Report safety incidents promptly into the company’s risk management system (Origami Risk).
