Ideal Candidates Should Possess

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
• 10+ years' experience
• Ability to maintain strong relationships with clients and coordinate with multidisciplinary internal teams
• Experience with project planning and project oversight through all phases of design and construction
• Experience coordinating due diligence activities such as environmental, land survey, building assessments, and geotechnical studies
• Ability to direct the development of site and building plans following client and governing codes or guidelines
• Ability to effectively review site and building construction drawings to confirm client's scope of work is accurately reflected
• Ability to work on various development projects in different stages simultaneously
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to proactively problem-solve on the fly and provide forward-thinking solutions
• High level of organization and attention to detail
• Experience preparing project schedules using a variety of scheduling software and scheduling internal resources
• Experience with developing and executing project designs within the required scope of work, fees, and contract obligations
• Some travel required
