About Henis Group Henis Group is a recruiting firm that partners with manufacturers to hire impact players through direct-hire placements. Founded in 2023, we’ve grown quickly by focusing on strong market knowledge, personalized service, and proven results.
Until now, we’ve relied mainly on traditional sales outreach. Now we’re ready to take our marketing to the next level with our first in-house marketing professional. We believe our services should be presented in a way that is fun, bold, and impossible to ignore. Our goal is to make Henis Group a marketing-driven firm that consistently shows up with content people actually want to see, not generic posts that fade into the background.
The Role
We’re looking for a Marketing Coordinator with 2+ years of experience who can manage a wide range of marketing efforts with confidence. You’ll work directly with the founder to create and deliver content, campaigns, and events that build Henis Group’s brand and visibility.
This role is hybrid. It is primarily remote but you must be based in Atlanta, GA. Expect weekly in-person meetings and occasional events. Most events will be local, though some may involve short, company-paid travel.
What You Will Do
Run our social media, especially LinkedIn, and repurpose content for Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook
Ghostwrite consistent and impactful posts for the founder and company pages
Proactively engage from company pages by liking, commenting, and sharing to boost visibility
Capture and edit short-form videos between 30 and 90 seconds
Produce graphics, photos, and simple video edits using Canva or Adobe tools
Create sales assets such as case studies, one-pagers, surveys, market visuals, and newsletters
Support promotions and marketing campaigns across both businesses under our ownership
Manage Google Business updates and make light website edits as needed
Track and report on analytics to measure performance and guide improvements
Create and manage the monthly content calendar to ensure consistent posting
Represent Henis Group at a limited number of marketing and networking events, trade shows, and client visits. Most events will be local, though some may involve short, company-paid travel

Lead LinkedIn outreach campaigns and cold email campaigns
Support client and candidate communication on accounts we’ve already won
Take ownership of larger projects such as events, branding, or expanded digital campaigns
What We’re Looking For
2+ years of professional marketing or communications experience
Marketing, communications, or related degree preferred but not required
Strong writing and communication skills
Experience managing social media campaigns and creating engaging content across platforms
Skills in design, photography, or video editing (Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar tools)
Familiarity with CRMs, analytics, and scheduling platforms
Curious and proactive, with a drive to bring new ideas beyond what is asked of you
