Key Responsibilities
Oversee strategic leadership and growth of a portfolio of accounts and manage Key Account Directors
Act as the final escalation point for client issues and ensure client satisfaction and retention
Mentor senior talent and drive operational excellence within the Client Services team
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in client services or strategic leadership within a marketing agency
Proven track record of managing enterprise portfolios with a focus on retention and growth
Deep expertise in digital marketing channels and their connection to client business objectives
Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial tracking
Leadership experience in managing and developing senior account leaders
