With millions of customers and thousands of partners, we connect with families, friends, and businesses every day. As  Territory Manager , you’ll be the face of Ria in your region — building, growing, and nurturing a network of independent retail agents. Your primary mission is to expand our presence by identifying, onboarding, and supporting agents who offer Ria money transfer services. You’ll drive revenue growth and help local businesses thrive, all while building lasting relationships and making a meaningful difference in the lives of the people in that community.

Grow the Territory & Own the Sales Cycle

• Prospect, cold call, run face-to-face meetings, deliver compelling sales presentations, and close new agent partnerships (independent retailers, convenience stores, etc.).
• Drive transaction volume and gross profit through new territory development and the existing assigned portfolio of agents.
• Consistently meet and exceed monthly activation and transaction targets.

The annual salary range for this position is $45,000 to $60,000, and the actual starting salary may vary depending on geographic location, work experience, and skills.
