Commercial Electrical Foreman

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Electrical Foreman to lead our electrical teams. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities and a solid understanding of local codes, Employee safety and Project efficiency.

Responsibilities :

• Supervise and manage electrical teams, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality work.
• Enforce all safety protocols and company policies.
• Track production to meet and exceed labor goals.
• Create and maintain daily reports, safety logs, and incident reports.
• Oversee quality assurance and quality control programs.
• Coordinate with other trades and clients to identify and resolve conflicts.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics for accurate installations and repairs.
• Manage electrical upgrades and installations, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Inspect crews’ installations for quality, code compliance, and safety standards.
• Provide on-site direction, mentorship, and training to Apprentice Electricians.
• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in new commercial and / or industrial construction projects.
• Perform complex layouts, terminations, and critical electrical tie-ins / outages.
• Ensure materials are requested, expedited, and received as needed.
• Train team members on best practices in electrical maintenance and safety protocols.
• Qualifications
• At least 5 years of electrical work experience.
• Minimum 2 years serving as a lead or supervising role.
• Strong leadership & project management.
• Proficiency reading schematics, using voltmeters, etc.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and attention to detail.

Job Type : Full-time

Pay : $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
