Sales Closer - Water and Mold Damage Restoration About Us

We are a fast-growing emergency restoration company specializing in water damage , mold remediation , and disaster recovery services. Were looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Closer who thrives in high-pressure environments and can convert qualified leads into signed restoration jobs. Leads come in 24 / 7, availability will be compensated accordingly.

This role is salary and commission based. Full-time with performance incentives.

Expected earnings between $85,000 and $150,000 annually.

Key Responsibilities

  • Follow up immediately on leads and schedule onsite visits.
  • Educate homeowners about the damage, insurance process, and remediation.
  • Build trust and urgency during consultations to sign service agreements on the spot.
  • Document client interactions and signed contracts in CRM systems.

    • Requirements

  • Proven track record in mold remediation sales.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Must be highly motivated, self-disciplined, and goal oriented.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • One weekend a month required
  • Familiarity with insurance claim processes a strong plus.
  • Must have reliable transportation and a valid drivers license.
