  • We're Hiring : Maintenance Technician Greenville, SC

    Join our team and help keep our 127-unit conventional apartment community running smoothly! We're looking for a skilled, hands-on Maintenance Technician whos ready to tackle challenges, solve problems, and make a real impact for our residents.

    About the Role

    As our Maintenance Technician, youll be the go-to expert for repairs, upkeep, and service requests. From HVAC troubleshooting to appliance fixes, youll ensure our property stays safe, functional, and welcoming.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Respond to maintenance requests and prioritize work orders efficiently.
    • Perform routine and preventive maintenance across the property.
    • Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems; conduct seasonal upkeep.
    • Repair or replace appliances (refrigerators, ranges, dishwashers).
    • Handle plumbing tasks : leaks, clogs, and minor installations.
    • Perform basic electrical repairs and lighting replacements.
    • Maintain locks, deadbolts, and perform minor carpentry and painting.
    • Prepare units for new residents with Make Ready services.
    • Keep the pool clean and chemically balanced during summer months.
    • Ensure safety compliance and maintain a hazard-free work environment.
    • Participate in on-call rotations for after-hours emergencies.
    • Travel between work sites using company vehicle.
    • Attend training to stay sharp and up-to-date.
    • Communicate effectively with residents, staff, and vendors.
    • What You Bring

    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • Valid drivers license
    • 12 years of multifamily maintenance experience (required)
    • HVAC / EPA certification (preferred)

    • Solid knowledge of HVAC systems, appliances, plumbing, and electrical repairs
    • Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities
    • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
    • Clear communication skills verbal and written
