$1,120 to $1,160 per week
About The Position
Responsibilities :
Assist the Occupational Therapist in carrying out treatment programs for patients.
Conduct therapeutic activities and exercises to improve strength, coordination, and independence.
Monitor and document patient progress and report observations to the supervising OT.
Instruct and support patients in performing daily living activities and using adaptive equipment.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized therapy environment.
Educate patients and families on techniques to support rehabilitation goals at home.
Participate in care team meetings to ensure coordinated and effective patient care.

Job Requirements
Qualifications :
Associate’s degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program .
Active state OTA license (or eligibility for licensure).
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Compassionate and patient-focused approach to care.
Experience in rehabilitation, hospital, skilled nursing, or home health settings preferred
