MDM-Program Manager - Cloud & Data Migration

Overview

Seeking a highly technical Program Manager to lead enterprise-level initiatives with a primary focus on Master Data Management (MDM) and large-scale cloud migration projects. This role will manage two concurrent programs, with equal allocation of time :

• MDM On-Prem to Cloud Migration (Informatica)

highly technical project requiring deep expertise in data migration, integrations, and Informatica tools.

HR tech platform rollout, less technical but requiring strong program execution skills.

The Program Manager will oversee budgets, deliverables, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communication while driving execution across cross-functional teams.
