Our client, a top national law firm, is seeking a Commercial Litigation Associate with 3 to 7 years of experience (ONLY) to join its team. Candidates must have an active Florida bar license and be currently practicing in Florida, Southwest Florida preferred. The associate will primarily support the Financial Services Capital Markets group.
Role Responsibilities :
- Experience across all stages of complex commercial litigation.
- Background in both state and federal courts; administrative matters and arbitration experience are a plus.
- Experience conducting discovery, depositions, drafting pleadings, arguing motions, and attending mediations.
- Second-chair trial or arbitration experience (preferred).
- Exposure to construction litigation (preferred).
