A successful Electrician at our company is a skilled troubleshooter who swiftly diagnoses and resolves electrical issues in residential settings, ensuring safety and code compliance. Responsibilities and Expectations :

Handle general electrical in-home service calls with expertise.

Cultivate trust with customers, guiding them in product and service selection.

Inform customers about the best finance options and maintenance plans.

Always aim to exceed revenue goals and maintain professional standards.

Collaborate with customer service and dispatch for business efficiency.

Ensure a tidy workspace and a well-stocked truck.

Engage in training sessions, meetings, and other professional development activities.

Mentor apprentices for high-quality service delivery.

Requirements :

4+ years in commercial electrical work.

RI Journeyman or Masters License required.

Proficiency in electrical techniques, hardware knowledge, and wiring diagrams.

Commitment to yearly training and skill enhancement.

A clean driving record, ability to pass background checks and drug tests.

Strong communication skills, high integrity, and a collaborative spirit.
