Job Summary :

The Store Manager (SM) is a full-time position that reports to the VP of Sales & Marketing . The La Sportiva Retail Store Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, leading the team, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. This role ensures operational excellence, drives sales performance, manages inventory, and builds a culture aligned with the outdoor lifestyle and values of our brand.

Key Responsibilities :

Leadership & Team Management

• Recruit, train, coach, and develop store staff.
• Inspire a positive, inclusive, and high-performing team environment.
• Create and manage staff schedules to ensure coverage and productivity.
• Conduct regular staff meetings and performance evaluations.
