A company is looking for a Luxury Sales Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Provide information to guests to promote products and secure reservations
Manage incoming calls and respond to client pre-departure inquiries
Maintain KPIs in a high-volume inbound call center
Required Qualifications
At least three years of travel industry or call center experience in a sales capacity
Luxury travel or luxury retail experience preferred
Receptive to coaching and motivated to improve
Available to work standard hours on Pacific Time, including 1-2 Saturdays a month
Access to high-speed, ethernet-connected internet
