A company is looking for a Director of Inside Sales (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Meet or exceed enrollment, revenue, and profitability goals
Lead and support enrollment managers in achieving performance goals
Own and optimize the full enrollment funnel from lead distribution through conversion
Required Qualifications
Minimum of a bachelor's degree or equivalent related experience
At least 1 year of experience managing managers in an inside sales or call center environment
10 years of inside sales or high-volume engagement experience, with 5 years in a leadership role
Proven success leading remote sales teams using data systems for visibility and accountability
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance metrics
