Job Description
Manage construction projects from planning through execution, ensuring timelines and budgets are met. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to align project goals and objectives. Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and budgets. Monitor and report on project progress, addressing any issues that arise. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout all project phases. Oversee procurement of materials and coordinate resource allocation effectively. Maintain clear communication with stakeholders, providing updates and addressing concerns promptly. Facilitate project close-out, including final inspections and documentation.
