Construction Director

A company is looking for a Director of Construction.

Key Responsibilities

Develops, interprets, and implements organizational policies and procedures

Analyzes decisions and ensures employee alignment with functional goals

Monitors financial projections and develops budgetary guidelines

Required Qualifications, Training and Education

Bachelor's Degree from a four-year college or university preferred

At least 10 years of experience in construction or related industries

Experience in analyzing financial data and preparing reports

Strong conflict resolution and people management skills

Ability to manage teams effectively and maintain integrity
