QED Hospitality is a restaurant operations management group, focused on running Food & Beverage operations in boutique hotels and exclusive sites nationally.

We bring our operational acumen to the table, developing and managing restaurants tailored to the hotel, the region and the demands of the   market . These are not cookie cutter concepts, but true restaurants born of the region and based on our history.

QED Hospitality is seeking a talented and dynamic   Marketing   Manager to oversee all   marketing , communications, and programming initiatives for our Nashville outlets—Marsh House, LA Jackson, and Killebrew. This is the sole   marketing   position at the Nashville location, giving the manager full ownership of   marketing   strategy, execution, and brand representation. This role will drive awareness, engagement, and revenue by managing media relations, social media,   marketing   campaigns, and programming efforts while living and promoting the team’s brand and culture.  This position requires a highly motivated, creative and organized professional with a passion for food, hospitality and storytelling.  They are dedicated to the team's brand and culture, thrive on collaboration, excel at building relationships within our team and the local community and are eager to represent QED Hospitality's brands with energy and authenticity.

Key Responsibilities :

Media & Public Relations

Serve as the point of contact for media requests and coordinate interviews, photoshoots, and press visits.

Maintain updated press kits and materials while monitoring local and national hospitality trends.

Collaborate with our PR agency to maximize exposure and manage press coverage.

Marketing   & Communications

Develop and execute social media strategy, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement across platforms.

Capture, edit, and post photos and videos of food, beverage, events, and behind-the-scenes moments to strengthen online presence.

Produce compelling digital content (stories, eblasts, newsletters, and website updates).

Manage SEO efforts and track performance analytics to drive visibility and traffic.

Respond to guest reviews and monitor online reputation across platforms like Yelp, TripAdvisor, and Google Business.

Ensure all   marketing   content reflects and embodies the team’s brand, culture, and values.

Programming & Events

Plan and coordinate a 90-day calendar of activations, events, and promotions for all outlets.

Partner with outlet managers to execute events that increase revenue and guest engagement.

Photograph and record events on property, edit content, and post to social media channels in a timely manner.

Build and maintain strong relationships with local influencers, tastemakers, and brand partners.

Promote programming through digital and PR channels, ensuring alignment with the team’s culture and brand.

Administrative & Project Management

Track   marketing   budgets, invoices, and media plans.

Organize press clips, reports, and   marketing   assets.

Support Director of Food & Beverage and outlet GMs with   marketing   strategy and initiatives.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in   Marketing , Communications, or a related field required.

2–3 years of relevant experience in   marketing , hospitality, or public relations (hospitality experience strongly preferred).

Strong verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail.

Experience managing social media accounts and analytics (Facebook Business Suite, Google Business required).

Photography and videography skills, including editing for social media posts.

Proficiency in Google Workspace; familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite or other design tools is a plus.

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with flexible availability (occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays).

Demonstrated ability to embrace and promote team culture, values, and brand identity.

PHYSICAL, MENTAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS :

Mobility and dexterity to move large, heavy objects up to 100 lbs. Manual dexterity to include using kitchen utensils and handling food items. Must be able to tolerate industry standard chemicals used for cleaning and sanitizing, and be able to withstand a hot and / or close environment. Must be able to work at a fast pace, and to respond to visual and oral cues.
