We’re looking for a licensed nursing professional with experience in senior living or long-term care settings.

At Vivie, we value our people and offer a competitive pay range of $36 / hr. to $42.00 / hr. (hourly non-exempt) or LPN competitive wage scale $29 to $35 based on qualifications, experience, and location. As a Registered Nurse you will :

• Manage Clinical Operations and Care Standards – Implement and uphold clinical standards, following the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Coordinate patient care needs with internal and external services while ensuring accurate clinical documentation.
• Deliver Direct Patient Care – Initiate preventative and rehabilitative nursing procedures, observe and report changes in conditions, and reach, supervise, and counsel patients to promote optimal health and safety.
• Build Relationships and Ensure Compliance – Create an environment that ensures high-quality care (physical, mental, emotional, social, and spiritual) while promoting patient independence and dignity. Establish effective communication with all patients.
