Delaware Nation Industries is supporting the Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division Dam Neck Activity (NSWCDD DNA). We provide enterprise management, technical support and portfolio analysis of NSWCDD DNA core by aiding in policy, procedures, seat refresh, engineering / technical solutions, ordering to Next Generation Enterprise Network (NGEN), Naval Networking Environment (NNE) strategy and budgetary analysis and support.
Job Summary :
The IT Portfolio Manager and Budget Analyst for NSWCDD DNA will primarily assist in developing and completing NAV-ITAS & IBPES processes to ensure compliance and monitor consumable and operational procurements, ensuring budget and asset inventory deadlines are met. Additionally, the position will perform Customer Technical Representative (CTR) duties in accordance with NAV-ITAS policy. They will engage with enclave subject matter experts (SMEs) to deliver and complete quotes, payment completion and other budgetary actions.
Responsibilities :
- Provide ITPR CTR support with specific focus on NAV-ITAS policy
- Maintain Software, Hardware, and Support Service Period of Performance database
- Provide reporting and support for Command CIO to ensure procurement records are maintained and available
- Act as a liaison between subject matter experts (SMEs) within technical departments and procurements to ensure complete NAV-ITAS / IBPES submissions
- Strong coordination skills to ensure project and portfolio performance are met, track progress against planned burn rates, and provide regular reports and analysis to leadership and stakeholders
- Provide customer service initial contact support for on-site staff that visit the customer support division
- Use metrics and data visualization effectively to report portfolio performance and support decision-making utilizing SharePoint Online dashboards for CIO
- Provide support of enterprise services, methodologies, policies, procurements and spending for the division to ensure budget and asset inventories are met
- Oversee purchasing with IT vendors, contractors, and service providers to ensure contracted products and services meet performance expectations
