Staff Design Engineer

A company is looking for a Staff Design Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

Estimate and create schedules, define product plans, and influence product backlog prioritization

Generate ideation solutions for product challenges and synthesize user needs to improve designs

Create interactive prototypes and collaborate with engineering teams for successful implementation

Required Qualifications

10+ years experience in product or service design, or equivalent education and experience

Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in relevant fields with corresponding years of experience

Experience shipping products and delivering results through an end-to-end design process

Knowledge of data center designs and industry design trends

Engineering experience in modern web development methodologies
