UWM's 12-week internship program offers an immersive experience with over 200 interns, job shadowing, access to senior leaders, and extensive networking opportunities. Underwriting

What You Will Be Doing :

• Audit loan files for specific criteria by conducting SWAT reviews, including risk analysis
• Create reports and present findings to Senior Leadership
• Analyze data to help the business as a whole
• Create and enhance training materials
• Assist our Underwriting Training team with classroom enrollments and other various data projects
• Analyze hiring trends and their impact on the team
• Work in Microsoft Office products and PowerBI
• Create reporting dashboards to be used by Senior Leadership
• Facilitate fun and friendship activities for the team
