Description :

We are seeking a locum Dermatologist to fulfill staffing needs.

The schedule includes patient contact hours from 8 : 00 AM to 11 : 45 AM and 1 : 00 PM to 5 : 00 PM, Monday through Friday.

The clinic operates from 8 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM.

There is no on-call requirement for this position.

The practice includes one physician and one advanced practice provider.

Supervision of advanced practice providers is not expected.

The nursing support ratio is 2 : 1.

Services offered include all general dermatology services, such as biopsies, skin checks, and management of various dermatologic conditions, excluding Mohs surgery.

Each provider has access to two exam rooms.

The clinical provider daily volume is approximately 30 patients, with appointment lengths of 15 minutes.

Electronic Medical Records are managed using Cerner.

There is a teaching opportunity available for those interested, as a family practice residency program is present.

Job responsibilities include providing general dermatology care in a clinic setting.

Medical staff support is available if infusions are ordered at the infusion center.
