  • ! Position Summary This h ybrid position oversees various projects and Foundation initiatives requested by Health Plans and MCMF executives for the Performance Improvement department, providing regular communication on project status to health plans and leadership. The Record Coordinator's main function is to liaison with health plans and ensure we comply with auditing requests and record retrieval. Further, the position will assist in administrative functions for the department that include, but not limited to, coordinating bulk communication outreach requests. Must have good organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management. Review / Audit patient's medical records for documentation supporting requests. Enter bulk communication outreach templates. Must have the ability to be independent and a self-starter. Understand the organizations strategic goals. Be at work and be on time Follow company policies, procedures and directives Interact in a positive and constructive manner Prioritize and multitask

Pay Range : $20 / hr - $23.33 / hr

Placement in the pay range is based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, relevant years of experience and qualifications. In addition to base pay, there may be additional compensation available for this role, including but not limited to, shift differentials, extra shift incentives, and bonus opportunities. Experience

  • Minimum of 1 years of experience, preferable in Healthcare Electronic Health Records (EHR)
  • Ability to organize, plan and manage multiple activities and processes.
  • High energy levels and tolerance of tight deadlines, time pressures and ambiguity. Analytical, creative thinking and problem-solving skills. Solid communications skills, both verbal and written.
  • High level of skill in office products.
