  • Excellent compensation with an estimated employed W-2 pay of $68 / hr - $88 / hr. PLUS comprehensive USACS benefits and a 10% company-funded 401k.

  • Average Daily Encounters : 101
  • Physician 16-18 / APP 12-14
  • Staffing Model :

    • 5-6 rounding physicians, a swing physician, and 1-2 APPs during the day and a dedicated nocturnist team

  • Team approach model with Hospitalist and Emergency Department under one Integrated Acute Care Director
  • EMR : Epic
  • ICU Model : Closed
