Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) to join our rehabilitation team. The ideal candidate will evaluate, plan, and implement treatment programs for patients experiencing mobility limitations due to injury, illness, or surgery. This role requires excellent clinical judgment, strong interpersonal skills, and a commitment to helping patients achieve their functional goals and improve their quality of life. Key Responsibilities Evaluate patients’ physical conditions and develop individualized treatment plans. Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities to improve strength, flexibility, and mobility. Educate patients and caregivers on home exercises, safety, and rehabilitation goals. Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed. Collaborate with physicians, occupational therapists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care. Maintain accurate, timely clinical records in accordance with regulatory and facility standards. Ensure safe and effective use of physical therapy equipment. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuing education activities. Re quired Qualifications Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program. Active Physical Therapist license in the state of practice. Strong understanding of physical therapy techniques, anatomy, and rehabilitation principles. Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of an interdisciplinary team. Preferred Qualifications Experience in outpatient, inpatient, or acute care physical therapy settings. Familiarity with EMR systems and documentation standards. Bilingual skills are a plus, depending on patient population. Certifications Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (required). Specialty certifications (e.g., Orthopaedic Clinical Specialist (OCS) or Neurologic Clinical Specialist (NCS)) are a plus but not required.
