Hiring Bonus of $250!! In the Pacific Northwest, we are the biggest Great Clips franchise!. We take great satisfaction in offering one of the best effective wages available (base + comm + productivity + tips). Our average base pay is between $18.50-$20 / hr, with effective wages between $30-$35 / hr. A license in cosmetology or barbering is necessary.
