A growing dental organization is conducting a confidential search for a Dental Hygienist who is passionate about patient care, education, and delivering exceptional preventive treatments. This position offers the independence of private practice combined with the resources and support of a nationally recognized dental group.
Key Responsibilities
Provide preventive treatments, diagnostics, and evidence-based care to improve long-term oral health outcomes.
Educate and motivate patients to achieve better oral and overall health.
Collaborate with dentists and hygiene teammates to co-diagnose and create personalized treatment plans.
Maintain a welcoming, judgment-free environment for all patients.
Stay current with new technologies, instruments, and protocols to advance patient care.
Required Qualifications
Active state Dental Hygiene license or eligibility to obtain licensure (new graduates welcome).
MediClear Certification (or equivalent healthcare compliance credential) required.
Strong patient education and communication skills; commitment to evidence-based care.
