Are you an experienced estimator looking to grow into a leadership role? This on-site opportunity places you at the center of high-impact commercial and institutional projectsworking closely with design, field, and regulatory teams to deliver quality estimates.
This is a full-time, on-site position with exposure to both large-scale renovations and new construction. You'll collaborate across departments and have a real voice in estimating strategy and workflow development.
What Youll Do :
- Create detailed cost estimates for complex commercial / institutional builds
- Lead plan reviews, site assessments, and cross-functional budgeting
- Interpret blueprints / specs and collaborate with field teams
- Contribute to process improvement and mentor junior staff
- Handle multiple bids simultaneously with precision
