Major Latino Non Profit located in East Treamont Section of Bronx needs Credentialing Co-ordinator . MON- FRI 8-4 or 9am-5pm ONSITE

Availability to interview this week is a plus. RELIABILITY, PUNCTUALITY AND WILLINGNESS TO LEARN ARE KEY. SPANISH SPEAKING PREFERRED

Pay $25-$30 / Hr

The responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to perform most tasks related to the credentialing of new providers / employees such as CNAs , LPNs and RNs etc.,

High School Diploma / GED required. Associates degree preferred.

Minimum of one (1) year of experience in an administrative capacity in a healthcare or human resources environment preferred.

Moderate experience with Microsoft Office applications (i.e., Outlook, Excel, Word, and Power Point)
Must display efficiency in compliance management, document management, and on / off boarding management, possessing the following skills, and attributes to fulfill credentialing goals :

Extreme attention to detail;

Agility to manage conflicting priorities;

Ability to deduce which priority is most important amongst competing deadlines;

Process mindset : approach problems, develop solutions, make suggestions for improvements;

Takes initiative and asks questions;

Capacity to organize and structure work load;

Capability to handle a large volume of emails on daily basis;

Ability to follow through and complete an activity or process that has been started.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills digitally or in person.
