The holiday season is our busiest and most exciting time of year. Joining as a Seasonal Embroidery Production Associate means helping ensure that every embroidered product is stitched, cleaned, and packaged with care before reaching the customer. This short-term role is a great fit for detail-oriented individuals who enjoy hands-on work and want to contribute directly to creating meaningful holiday gifts.

Overview
The Seasonal Embroidery Production Associate supports all areas of the embroidery process, from operating machines to finishing and packaging completed items. Training schedules may begin with reduced hours until production ramps up.
Key Responsibilities
- Review orders to identify correct products and personalization details.
- Hoop and align products for accurate embroidery.
- Operate embroidery machines and monitor runs for thread breaks, tension issues, and alignment problems.
- Perform finishing tasks, including :
Trimming and cleaning loose threads.
Removing or trimming backing material as needed.Ensuring products look polished and customer-ready.Conduct quality control checks on finished products.Package completed items securely for shipment.Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.Work as part of a collaborative production team. While assigned primarily to embroidery production, all employees may assist in other departments as needed to meet seasonal demand.Required Skills and Qualifications
Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.Ability to follow detailed instructions and production standards.Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.Dependable, adaptable, and team-oriented.Experience in embroidery, apparel production, or quality control is a plus but not required.Education and Experience
High school diploma or equivalent required.Previous embroidery or apparel production experience preferred.Physical Requirements
Ability to stand and stoop for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.Ability to lift up to 20 pounds.Strong visual acuity for thread cleanup, design alignment, and quality inspection.Seasonal Schedules
Employment runs early–mid October through mid-December (exact dates depend on production volume).Training schedule is Monday-Friday, 8 : 00 am – 4 : 00 pmTraining schedules may begin with reduced hours until the season fully ramps up.
Our production schedule is scaled with holiday demand. Your preference for day and night shifts is used when assigning shifts as the season progresses.Shift options we use during the season :
