Vice President of Technology Operations

A company is looking for a Vice President of Technology Operations.

Key Responsibilities

Own the operational performance of the enterprise technology stack and establish governance for shared systems

Ensure operational readiness and compliance, with authority to stop or defer technology launches

Drive system stability, interoperability, and oversee vendor relationships and contract performance

Required Qualifications

15+ years in technology operations leadership, with at least 7 years at the executive level in healthcare or digital health

Proven experience in operational governance for complex technology ecosystems

Deep expertise in EHR, enterprise integrations, and compliance

Strong vendor management and contract enforcement experience

Ability to operate effectively in a matrixed organization, aligning cross-functional teams
