The General Assembly role at our Frankfort, IN location involves working collaboratively to assemble filtration products in an innovative, team-oriented environment. This is a 2nd shift on-site position, with hours from 2 : 30 p.m. to 10 : 30 p.m.

Role Responsibilities :

• Work in a manufacturing team environment on multiple production lines to produce air filtration products
• Perform various tasks throughout the shift in a fast-paced work environment
• Follow theoretical and practical instructions
• Communicate effectively with team members and Team Leaders to achieve a high efficiency and high-quality air filtration product
• Inspect work of the previous operators and communicate to them whether the quality is acceptable
• Complete & record all applicable paperwork (scrap reports, first-piece inspection sheets, etc.)
• Comply with all DOT, HAZMAT and environmental policies and procedures
• Use all designated Personal Protective Equipment as required

Actual salaries may vary based on several factors, including but not limited to applicable work experience, training, education, and performance.

This position is eligible for an annual incentive plan based on performance and company growth.
