Salary : $30-45,000 / Year and commission

Insurance Sales Representative - $30K-$45K Base + Commission

Shift : Monday - Friday, 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM

Location : Forest Lake, MN | Sales

Weekly Pay | Background Check Required (No License Required - Training Provided)

Position Overview

Express Employment Professionals - Forest Lake is seeking driven and enthusiastic candidates for Insurance Sales Representative openings in Forest Lake, MN . Pay & Schedule

  • Base Salary : $30,000 - $45,000 annually
  • Commission : 45% on new business, 35% on renewals (first year)
  • Schedule :

Monday & Tuesday : In-office sales meetings and team collaboration

  • Wednesday - Friday : Networking and outside sales (40 hours / week total)
  • Pay Frequency : Weekly
  • Employment Type : Evaluation-to-Hire
  • Location : Forest Lake, MN

    • Key Responsibilities

  • Identify potential clients through networking, referrals, cold calling, and marketing campaigns.
  • Maintain and update a database of prospective customers.
  • Meet with individuals or businesses to understand their insurance needs and financial situations.
  • Explain policy options, coverage details, and benefits clearly.
  • Match clients' needs with suitable policies and customize coverage to fit budgets and goals.
  • Sell and process policies, provide customer service, and maintain compliance.

    • Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong customer service background.
  • Bubbly personality, driven, and goal-oriented.
  • Open to feedback and coaching; motivated to learn and grow.
  • Must be able to receive instruction and complete licensing training (company-sponsored).

  • Equipment Used : Computer and phone.
  • Travel : Local networking and outside sales (Wed-Fri).
  • Background Check : Required.
