Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in multiple trades, including carpentry, drywall, painting, tile, plumbing, and electrical work.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and effectively manage time.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and the ability to pass a background check.
• Own a reliable truck or SUV capable of transporting tools and materials for jobs.
• Possess a standard set of hand and power tools necessary for various tasks.
• Comfortable commuting into Madison daily for job assignments.
