Job Title : Bilingual Territory Customer Service Representative

Location :  Arlington Texas or Grand Prairie (Travel around DFW area)

Compensation : Hourly W2 Base + Uncapped Commissions ($65k–$140k+)

Type : Long-Term Contract to Hire

Highly Preferred - Bilingual (Spanish / English)

We’re looking for a dynamic, people-focused professional to serve as a trusted partner to realtors and real estate agents across the DFW area (Arlington and Grand Prairie TX). When new homeowners are preparing to move in, you’ll be the go-to person who helps ensure their electricity and energy services are set up quickly and seamlessly.

This is more than just sales, it’s about building long-term partnerships, creating value for agents, and becoming part of the community they rely on. You’ll foster relationships through consistent presence, networking, lunches, dinners, and industry events, while acting as a warm point of contact when realtors’ clients are closing on their homes.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a Trusted Partner : Be the primary point of contact for realtors, brokerages, and real estate professionals, helping them deliver exceptional service to their clients.
  • Build & Grow Relationships : Cultivate strong partnerships through regular in-person visits, coffee chats, lunches, and events to strengthen loyalty and trust.
  • Create Community Connections : Attend and represent our brand at open houses, closings, industry events, and community functions—always positioning yourself as the partner who makes life easier for both realtors and homeowners.
  • Turn Hot Leads into Sales : Stay connected with realtors so when their clients need energy services turned on, you’re top of mind and ready to help immediately.
  • Lead with Marketing & Engagement : Develop tailored strategies and resources that support realtor success while increasing awareness of our services.
  • Be a Brand Ambassador : Represent the company with professionalism and enthusiasm, showing up consistently in the community as a helpful, approachable partner.
  • Collaborate for Growth : Work closely with internal teams on marketing initiatives, partnership campaigns, and growth strategies for your territory.
  • Own Your Territory : Treat your assigned area like your own business—tracking opportunities, nurturing accounts, and driving partnership success.
