Project Analyst – National Security Program | Reston, VA

Leidos is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Project Analyst to join our National Security team in Reston, VA . In this role, you’ll support a high-impact program that directly contributes to our customer’s operational success. You’ll play a critical role in supporting program operations, including timekeeping, travel coordination, and financial management — ensuring smooth execution and mission success.

Your Impact :

Serve as a key point of contact for over 100+ program personnel, managing timecards, travel expenses, and process improvement efforts

Deliver insightful cost-reduction recommendations and identify opportunities for financial efficiency

Independently handle PMO and customer inquiries , providing clear, actionable information

Coordinate travel and financial operations , ensuring compliance and accuracy in a 24x7 operational environment

Collaborate across teams — including program management, customer leadership, and field operations — to drive seamless communication and results

Track, analyze, and report on program expenses, payments, and vouchers

Support additional PMO and sponsor requirements to help achieve program milestones

What You’ll Bring :

Active TS / SCI clearance with polygraph (required)

Bachelor’s degree and 8–12 years of relevant experience, or Master’s with 6–10 years; additional experience may substitute for education

Proven organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with financial systems

Strong understanding of customer operations and mission requirements

Pay Range : Pay Range $80,600.00 - $145,700.00

The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
