Now Hiring : Certified Medical Assistant

📍 Location : Euless, TX – Internal Medicine Clinic

🕒 Schedule : Monday–Friday | 7 : 30 AM–4 : 30 PM (flexible to 8–5) | No weekends!

Responsibilities

  • Room patients, obtain their weight, and document the reason for their visit.
  • Record patient vitals and enter data into the EMR system.
  • Notify physicians when patients are ready for examinations by marking the room number in the EMR system.
  • Prepare the room and patient for treatment or examination.
  • Draw or obtain lab samples as required.
  • Assist physicians as needed, including updating charts via EMR, scheduling and rescheduling patient appointments, calling no-shows, updating health maintenance records, preparing lab requisitions, reviewing pending labs, and monitoring pending procedures.

Essential Skills

  • Proficiency in EMR systems.
  • Competence in patient care, vital signs, EKG, and medical terminology.
  • Certified Medical Assistant certification or 3+ years of relevant experience.
  • Current CPR Certification.
  • Experience with charting, point of care testing, patient interviews, and appointment scheduling.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00 / hr.
